We need enthusiastic, positive, and ambitious Store Operations Consultants to work a part‑time schedule, represent and expand our brand, and build a fun and trusting environment for our guests.
Responsibilities Store Operations Consultants assist Wireless Sales Consultants in selling a full range of telecommunications products and services to guests in a professional and customer‑friendly manner. You will multitask, apply basic math, work a flexible retail schedule, and develop sales and analytical skills. You are a highly motivated individual eager to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
Contribute to the store’s sales goals set by the Store Manager.
Represent the store positively while providing excellent customer service.
Learn all Victra/Verizon products and promotions and keep this knowledge current.
Inspire customers to buy.
Assist in preparing sales contracts and processing customer payments.
Answer customers’ queries or concerns.
Advise customers on all Victra/Verizon products and services.
Guide customers on the use and care of merchandise and products.
Maintain sales records for inventory control.
Assist in merchandising and overall store presentation.
Handle all returns courteously and professionally.
Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control standards and all Victra policies and procedures.

Qualifications
High School diploma; AA degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to read various reports.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
