We’re a small, fast-moving engineering team developing high-performance hardware for demanding applications. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking broad ownership over how complex structures are built.
This role requires a candidate to work the 2nd shift (1pm onwards).
What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for turning design concepts into precision composite components. This includes preparing materials and tooling, performing detailed layups, managing cure processes, maintaining equipment, and contributing to continuous improvements in methods and build quality. You’ll be the first to spot manufacturability challenges and will help shape how future parts are produced.
Core Responsibilities
Carry out accurate composite layups and cure operations
Prepare molds, materials, tools, and workspaces
Build or modify tooling, fixtures, and test setups
Maintain and organize composites equipment and supplies
Troubleshoot unusual build challenges and propose solutions
Collaborate with engineers on design and process improvements
Preferred Background
Strong hands‑on experience working with composites (e.g., carbon fiber, pre‑preg, thin structures)
Ability to produce high-quality parts using manual techniques
Experience with custom tooling or small-batch builds
Exposure to precision hardware domains (aerospace, racing, robotics, etc.) is a plus
If you enjoy building complex things, moving quickly, and having a big impact on a small team, we’d love to hear about the projects you’re most proud of.
