What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issues
Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections
Complete overhauls, part replacements, and upgrades on equipment and vehicles
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and adjustments
Maintain accurate service records in compliance with DOT standards
Operate shop equipment safely and perform minor troubleshooting
Support parts inventory tracking, ordering, and monthly audits
Ensure all work meets federal and state safety requirements
Occasionally deliver/pick up fuel tanks to client sites
Assist with warehouse duties and driver deliveries as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience with diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, and electrical diagnostics
Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulatory compliance
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic tools
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
CDL or willingness to obtain (if delivery assistance is needed)
Forklift/material handling certification a plus
Communicate maintenance needs and concerns clearly
Represent the company professionally at all times
Follow all company policies, including uniform and safety requirements
Willingness to work overtime or adjust schedule as needed
Attendance Requirements:
Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory, including arriving at the time as scheduled.
