Relationship Banker
A role at Arvest Bank where you will focus on product sales and exceptional customer service, building new relationships and strengthening existing ones. The position is located at 824 SE 4th St., Moore, OK 73160.
Location & Hours Position is based at 824 SE 4th St. Moore, OK 73160. Flexible availability required: Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am to 5:15 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 6:15 pm, rotating Saturdays 8:30 am to 1:15 pm.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers.
Identify and uncover customer financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans; accept applications and facilitate closings.
Deliver outstanding customer service, greeting each customer promptly and following complaint processes.
Open and process deposit accounts of varying complexity.
Answer and assist customers with banking questions, including deposit risk management.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of products, digital services, and competitors’ offerings.
Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives.
Apply bank standards, policies and procedures in customer interactions.
Understand and comply with BSA/AML programs and regulatory requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities NA
Skill Levels Level 1 – Training
Primary focus on training and development with a seasoned mentor.
Progression to Level 2 depends on completion of training.
Level 2 – Proficient
Works independently on routine tasks; guidance on complex tasks.
Demonstrates superior product knowledge and needs‑based selling skills.
Advancement to Level 3 requires demonstration of proficiency in all performance expectations.
Level 3 – Advanced
Independent action, high initiative; resolves problems and develops recommendations.
Handles complex or specialized tasks; may serve as mentor to Level 1 associates.
Qualifications by Level Level 1
High School Diploma or GED required.
Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days required.
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
Level 2
High School Diploma or GED required.
Achievement of Level 1 competencies required.
Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days required.
Level 3
High School Diploma or GED required.
Successful achievement of Level 2 competencies or relevant experience required.
Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days required.
Military experience considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Physical Demands Regular attendance essential. Ability to travel occasionally within the US, possibly overnight. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
