We’re seeking a Nonprofit Partnerships Lead to expand and strengthen our network of nonprofit partners, particularly mission-driven organizations that can bring recurring opportunities, artist relationships, and campaign concepts to the table. If you understand the nonprofit landscape, know how to build high-trust relationships, and thrive in fast-moving, revenue-driven environments, this role will be central to Fandiem’s growth engine. You’ll help ensure that every campaign has a powerful mission behind it and that nonprofits view Fandiem as their go-to fundraising innovation partner.
Acquire & Grow High-Value Nonprofit Partners
Identify and onboard nonprofits that align with Fandiem’s mission and are positioned for sweepstakes and auction opportunities.
Proactively pitch nonprofits with strong artist, festival, or celebrity relationships.
Expand strategic partnerships with existing nonprofit partners to unlock year-round campaign flow.
Nonprofit Communications
Alert nonprofit partners they’ve been selected as beneficiary for the campaign.
Liaison between nonprofit, partnership lead, and account director for campaign communication and updates.
Foster relationship with nonprofit team.
Forge relationship with nonprofit partners after they’ve been selected as beneficiary for a campaign.
Act as the ongoing liaison with nonprofit partners, staying close to touring calendars, release cycles, industry moments, and opportunities for new prize concepts.
Re-engage partners regularly to secure follow-up campaigns, annual tentpole events (i.e Pride, Hispanic Heritage, Suicide months), and multi-activation calendars.
Build & Maintain a Robust Pipeline
Maintain a structured pipeline of nonprofit prospects and current partners to ensure consistent month-over-month campaign volume.
Track activity, outreach, and status updates for weekly internal reporting.
Co-Create Campaign Ideas with Purpose
Work with nonprofits to design compelling, mission-aligned prizes and experiences that resonate with fans and amplify fundraising potential.
Ensure nonprofit storytelling and mission framing are strong, accurate, and optimized for fan engagement.
Partnership Stewardship & Lifecycle Management
Lead initial partner scoping, align on expectations, and transition signed partners to Fandiem’s internal Account Directors.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for nonprofit partners supporting overall communication flow and ensuring partners feel supported, informed, and appreciated.
Manage light contract coordination (scopes of work, deliverables, timelines).
Strategize, Analyze & Scale
Stay on top of cultural moments, artist philanthropy trends, crisis-response opportunities, giving seasons, and industry news to anticipate campaign triggers.
Help build a long-term nonprofit strategy that identifies priority categories (e.g., mental health, disaster relief, music education) and partnership targets.
