Foreman – Pipe

Job Summary The role requires frequent out‑of‑town travel and a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage pipe crews, focusing on efficient and safe work practices.
Develop and maintain accurate job cost estimates to achieve budget targets.
Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed on site.
Coordinate with project teams to schedule and execute pipe installation tasks.
Travel as required, sometimes for extended periods.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience with underground utilities.
Proficient in running a pipe crew efficiently and safely.
Experience operating excavator equipment.
Strong manual labor skills capable of performing 80% of the shift manually.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic computer use and time‑card entry experience.
Dependable, hardworking, and able to work varied shifts.
