What You’ll Do
Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with your leadership team to achieve success.
Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments.
Building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of your restaurant.
Creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
People Focus: Passionate about developing and leading teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Goal-Oriented: Excited by the challenge of driving results, achieving targets, and building a thriving business.
Must be 18 years or older.
