Kids Supervisor – Parties
Position Summary
Organizes and supervises kids parties and events. Partners with Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members. Identifies activities and lesson plans for each party or event, provides activities and supplies to team members, and works with families to register and prepare for parties and events.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and assist team members with restocking, cleaning, and setting up party rooms and event spaces.
Train and coach party and event hosts.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly (Café, pool, etc.).
Ensure quality experience and engagement for members and guests while providing supportive supervision of party hosts.
Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Facilitate organized party and event activities and ensure children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to train and coach team members.
Ability to communicate and organize effectively.
Ability to sell and promote programs and services.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Minimum of 1 year working with children.
