Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan each shift, monitor performance, ensure safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet goals.
Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, quality production, customer service, scheduling, and training.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
Positive team player with flexible schedule.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
