The role involves showcasing standard and advanced OTC processes for client demonstrations and stakeholder walkthroughs. Key Responsibilities
Configure and demonstrate Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP S/4HANA Billing and rebate accruals Rebate settlement and credit memo processing Configure pricing procedures, condition types, and rebate agreements Prepare master data required for rebates (customers, materials, pricing conditions) Simulate real-world business use cases for client demos Coordinate with technical teams to ensure demo system stability Support client walkthroughs, presentations, and Q&A sessions Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD / OTC on S/4HANA In-depth knowledge of Rebates Management / Condition Contract Management Experience in setting up demo or sandbox systems Strong understanding of pricing, billing, and settlement processes Excellent communication and demo presentation skills Categories
