Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities
Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and improve safety, production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
Enforce safety regulations.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in production or processing of goods, such as inspectors and operators.
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure operators conform to production or processing standards.
Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assign employee training to experienced workers.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Authority to stop production in the event unsafe parts or conditions appear.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Eligible to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role required.
Experience with high‑volume resistance welding in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with robotic welding in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work overtime (daily, weekends, and holidays).
Must satisfactorily complete pre‑employment screening (background check, drug screen).
Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Report for work on time to support production startup.
Possess good physical stamina and coordination.
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching and periodically lifting.
Able to work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment.
Strong work ethic.
Positive attitude.
Proficient skills in MS Office and Outlook.
Organizational and leadership abilities.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.

Salary Salary Description: $75,000 – $85,000 per year.
