Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn $24.77 per hour up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing the latest devices and personalized services.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules assigned two weeks in advance.
Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, evolving tech environment to meet customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training and coaching provided.
