What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Promote products through compliant clinical education tailored to customer needs
Develop territory business/action plans leveraging market data for maximum impact
Provide guidance on pricing and reimbursement while acting as a liaison for access-related inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs and represent the employer at various events
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
Proven advanced selling and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen and self-motivation with a business ownership mentality
Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently by air, with up to 80% travel required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex/account-based selling for Senior Specialist role
12 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 3 years in complex/account-based selling for Executive Specialist role
Leadership, mentorship, and role-model capabilities at a regional level
