Job Summary As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic door‑to‑door sales team, navigating an ever‑changing consumer landscape. Responsibilities

Customized Solutions:

Craft tailored telecom packages that exceed customer expectations.

Product Knowledge:

Stay current with offerings, pricing, and technology trends.

Sales Pitch:

Deliver persuasive field presentations, addressing concerns and objections.

Closing Deals:

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, securing long‑term customer commitment.

Documentation:

Complete paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.

Relationship Building:

Provide post‑sales support, turning customers into advocates.

Team Collaboration:

Share insights and strategies with peers to achieve collective goals.

Targets and Quotas:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Self‑motivator capable of working independently.

Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.

Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk in a full‑time role.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual is preferred for diverse customer interactions.

Sales‑centric mindset:

Extensive product knowledge:

Deep understanding of mobile and fixed‑line offerings, with the ability to translate technical details into customer‑friendly language.
