What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Research and identify new sales opportunities within the assigned region to target key contacts

Source new sales through cold calling and build a sales pipeline via various mediums

Conduct presentations and orientations to educate potential customers on product capabilities

Collaborate with the sales and product development team to document market insights and customer feedback

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including notes, follow-ups, and call logs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field preferred

Minimum of five years of outside sales experience

Proven ability to convert prospects and achieve sales quotas

Experience in qualifying opportunities and account development

Ability to travel up to 70% within the defined geographic region

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous sales experience in education, ed tech, SaaS, or related industry

Established contacts and relationships with local Independent School Districts (ISDs)

Previous teaching or administrative experience

Comfortable presenting in front of large groups

Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
