Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with prospects.
Manage client relationships; achieve predictable profitability and growth.
Demonstrate technical knowledge of employee benefits and USI ONE Advantage® value proposition.
Achieve new business sales goals annually.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for customized presentations.
Represent USI at trade shows, seminars, and networking events.
Qualifications
3‑5 years of B2B sales experience in insurance brokerage or carrier.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits and HR community presence.
Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Goal‑oriented with executive presence.
College degree; insurance licensing preferred.
