The business is transforming to put in place the best systems, tools and ways of working to make sure our customers get the experience they want with us, and our people feel valued and excited about being part of Belron UK.The Transformation Communications Manager will be responsible for implementing our clearly defined Transformation communications strategy through best-in-class communications, delivering impactful and inspiring communications to our people. This critical role combines a wide range of internal change communications including supporting the UK Programme Leadership Team, working closely with the Global Communications Team to effectively communicate the change to our overall business in the UK. This role will be pivotal in supporting the UK Programme Team, working with alongside the Programme Change Lead and BAU Communications Teams and a variety of business stakeholders.The focus is ensuring our colleagues are aware of, and understand the business Transformation Programme. To ensure they are clear about the part they play in our business, understand change – what’s happening, why and what they need to do and for leaders and line managers to feel equipped to deliver communications on the ground to their teams – informing, engaging, educating and driving action as appropriate.The role requires an overarching knowledge and perspective of the business, with the ability to successfully navigate the organisation and engage with multiple stakeholders to meet the communication needs of the business with regard to the Transformation programme. You will be capable and confident in decision making and developments across multiple projects and initiatives. The ability to be agile and proactively adapt plans as the programme evolves will be essential.
On a day-to-day level you will manage the Transformation Communications Content Lead, overseeing and supporting their work to deliver the plan, utilising a range of communication methods and channels. Ensuring that our Comms Needs Analysis is accurate and feeds the planning is a core part of the role.In addition, you will also be responsible for maintaining and developing programme communication channels.**Key Accountabilities**The responsibilities of our Transformation Communications Lead include:•
Using the overarching defined strategy, develop and implement a Transformation communications plan•
Lead on devising key Transformation communications campaigns that bring to life our ‘building an even better Belron UK’s vision and purpose•
Create and own communications approach/narrative/plan/key messages and content - using agreed change communications templates with the Change Lead aligned to the Transformation Communications Strategy•
Conduct communications needs analysis (CNA), understand the change through programme Change Impact Analysis (CIA) and adapt as required•
Create consistent meaningful messaging across the Transformation programme, connecting to overall transformation narrative•
Responsible for supporting the Programme Director with effective programme leadership communications•
Set feedback and measurement requirements to review impact and engagement•
Collaborate with internal BAU comms teams – maintain two-way communications and dialogue•
Represent the UK transformation comms at global comms updates as required, provide insights and updates to ensure in-country comms are fully informed/updated on programme comms activity/timelines/milestones**Additional responsibilities:**•
Build up and maintain a network of contacts across the businesses – partnering closely with business leaders and the people business partnering team to ensure we’re in touch with colleague sentiment, how our business works on the ground and how our communications lands. Use these insights to shape the transformation communication plan to ensure it is relevant and has impact.•
Seek regular feedback about our activities share this feedback with others in the team and ensure we keep shaping and refining our activities in response, so we ensure we stay relevant, keep getting cut-through, driving the right outcomes etc.•
Play a part in the wider Transformation Comms team – sharing ideas, contributing learnings, providing support etc.•

**Work Experience**•
Experience of internal change communications in a medium to large business, familiar with Change frameworks, and communications artefacts such as CNAs, Plans and RACIs•
Experience of working with senior stakeholders•
Experience of advising senior leaders on communications implementation, impact and measurement**Knowledge & Skills**•
Excellent communicator both written and verbal•
Open minded and innovative, demonstrating curiosity for new developments in communications•
Strong networker with a collaborative style•
Ability to understand and analyse statistics and data•
