Our client, a leader in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the Content Licensing Systems Department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales Planning, Contract Administration, Finance, and Legal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Teams, and Business Users to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
Create detailed artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes to guide development and implementation.
Analyze current business processes and recommend future state improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Connect business goals with technology solutions, supporting licensing and content management systems.
What's Needed?
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, with strong documentation skills for complex user stories.
Proven ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and end users effectively.
Experience analyzing business processes and recommending innovative solutions for process improvement.
Strong understanding of databases, SQL queries, and licensing management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
