Data Analyst under the VIE program , you will be positioned at the heart of our evolution, contributing to both technical and functional projects. You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, converting raw data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
Your missions
Extract, clean, and validate data from various systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across operations
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights
Collaborate with teams to define key metrics and generate ad-hoc reports for strategic decisions, cost optimization, and performance tracking
Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and support automation initiatives for department efficiency
Act as a liaison between business and IT/Data teams, contributing to data warehouse governance, documentation, and best practices
Provide leadership with insights for strategy planning and project evaluation
Support system integration projects and contribute to implementing best practices for data management and reporting
Perform unit testing and resolve issues in data pipelines
Your profile
Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role
Proficiency with Power BI for dashboards and reports
Strong knowledge of data management and SQL for database queries
Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools
Experience with Databricks or similar ETL/data management platforms
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas)
Professional fluency in English and French
You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
You demonstrate strong cross‑functional collaboration and project management abilities
You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
You demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges
Applying generative AI tools to improve analytical workflows, reporting efficiency, and decision support
