Job Summary Senior IT Support Analyst – Integration focused on managing and supporting custom API solutions, API platform management, and integration across the organization. Requires technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and adaptability to fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including diagnosing and troubleshooting system errors and performance issues.
Work closely with developers to understand root causes and implement effective solutions.
Manage integrations with other systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Provide expert support to end‑users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges promptly.
Lead initiatives to monitor and improve reliability, stability, and performance of systems with focus on end‑user experience and availability.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency.
Respond to major incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and remediate outages with interim or permanent fixes.
Improve monitoring/alerting to proactively catch known issues.
Manage day‑to‑day incidents, conduct daily health checks, and provide resolution follow‑ups.
Escalate problems to appropriate teams as necessary.
Assist with deployments and oversee the move‑over process to minimize disruption.
Qualifications
10+ years experience with MuleSoft.
Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Integration Services.
Deep knowledge of REST APIs, SSO, LDAP, Salesforce integration, and retail eCommerce environments.
Proficiency in Dynatrace and Splunk for system health monitoring and incident analysis.
Familiarity with Python for automation and support tasks.
Experience in DevOps and email security (if applicable).
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
Additional Information Contract position; pay rate is unknown. Position is open for applications until January 11, 2026.
