Responsibilities
Organizing shifts and scheduling staff
Handling cash and working the cash register and drive‑thru
Managing inventory, preparing orders and maintaining sanitation
Overseeing customer service and satisfaction
Motivating and leading the team, working the fryer/griddle and other kitchen duties
Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all team members
Qualifications
Previous management or food‑service experience
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable and trustworthy

Competitive weekly pay starting at $17.50 per hour with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience
