Job Title: Warehouse Management System Program Manager Job Location: Lisle, IL (Need local or Willing to relocate 100% for Day 1) | 3 Days work from office is mandate. Duration: 6-12months
Pay Rate to candidate:$65-$70

C2C Client - Navistar Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with thorough understanding of the Warehouse Management & Logistics area Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics or a related field. Excellent 10+ years of project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile Project Management tools like Azure Devops or JIRA and Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to travel to client site as required at short notice. Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and oversee the execution of Warehouse Management System (WMS) for a heaving manufacturer of heavy trucks. Strong demonstratable Project Management Experience working with cross-functional teams, multiple parallel workstreams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Should have implemented one or more market leading WMS platforms for enterprise clients like Manhattan / SAP EWM / Oracle Fusion WMS / Blue Yonder etc. Should be able to drive consensus for adoption of best practices along with business stakeholders and IT teams. Should have worked in a multi-vendor / stakeholder environment and has managed multi-workstream complex projects. Will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely manner, is able to manage program risks, interdependencies, manage stakeholder expectations, provide accurate reporting to leadership at a program and workstream level as well. Should have experience in Agile and Devops delivery methodologies and ensure strong governance of the program.
