Professional Civil Engineer (PE)

What You’ll Do
Lead the design of roadways, pedestrian paths, and water/wastewater infrastructure.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality municipal infrastructure.
Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
Coordinate with utility companies and conduct site/field inspections.
Apply your expertise and mentor others while ensuring accuracy through our established QA/QC processes.
What We’re Looking For
BS in Civil Engineering with 7‑10+ years of experience.
Active Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within a year.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills both internally and externally.
A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and a desire to make a lasting impact.
