Role Talent Sourcing Specialist

– a key member of the Seven Seas Water Group HR team. Reporting to the Talent Manager and working closely with the SVP‑HR and other HR professionals, the successful candidate will help source talent throughout the recruitment cycle, from job posting to scheduling screens and coordinating feedback calls with Hiring Managers. Candidates will recruit top talent at all organizational levels, including entry‑level, professional engineering, and management positions, for roles across the U.S., South America, and the Caribbean. The role operates on a hybrid Tuesday‑Thursday schedule from the Tampa Corporate office.

Responsibilities

Pre‑screening, assessing, interviewing, and coaching hiring managers on all areas of Talent Acquisition while ensuring process integrity.

Partnering with the HR team to drive the talent acquisition lifecycle, from workforce planning through onboarding.

Developing strong, collaborative relationships with HR and Business Leaders to drive effective hiring strategies.

Leading intake meetings with hiring managers and HR leaders to define staffing requirements and acquisition strategy.

Strategically delivering creative sourcing strategies for open requisitions and future needs.

Coaching hiring managers to align expectations, quality hiring decisions, and champion best practices.

Providing hiring recommendations based on expertise within assigned functional areas.

Partnering with operations leaders to understand staffing needs, provide market data, and develop local sourcing strategies.

Acting as a sourcing and selection process expert for hiring store management, facilitating hiring from pre‑screen to hire.

Understanding permanent and temporary placement requirements and collaborating on action plans.

Embedding continuous improvement into all activities and delivering process enhancements.

Leveraging talent attraction skills to develop recommendations for sourcing and attracting candidates.

Communicating proactively with stakeholders and providing weekly updates.

Identifying gaps in recruiting outreach and building tools/training to address them.

Embedding the employment brand, vision, and mission into the TA recruitment process.

Continuously seeking ways to improve and streamline processes while maintaining a great candidate experience.

Assisting with interview scheduling for hiring managers.

Supporting pre‑employment background checks and screening.

Some travel may be required to Texas, the Caribbean, or South America.

Qualifications

3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience building robust pipelines through passive candidate sourcing.

Proven organizational skills – ability to multi‑task and handle many responsibilities daily.

Flexibility and openness to change in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating effectively with all organizational levels.

Ability to work with diverse cultures and languages in a global organization.

Self‑motivated and self‑directed to meet goals and deadlines.

Prefer experience with talent sourcing software and an ATS.

Experience with social media and media partners to attract talent.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar, Word, Excel).

Project execution knowledge and ability to exceed hiring targets.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, communication, marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Experience establishing relationships with Colleges and Universities.

Experience attending career fairs, in person and virtually.

Experience leading behavioral interviews.

Previous staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience required.

3+ years in agency or corporate recruiting across multiple organization levels preferred.

Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred.
