General Description Responsible for managing the initiatives, execution, and optimization of all digital media initiatives to drive brand visibility, audience growth, and measurable business results. Ensures unified, data‑driven campaigns that support the company’s marketing objectives. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and external partners, providing strategic and operational guidance while continuously identifying opportunities for innovation across digital and social channels. Serves as the primary liaison of influencer relationships, overseeing contractual processes and ensuring influencer content aligns with brand standards and performance goals.
Essential Functions
Own and lead the end‑to‑end digital media initiatives, ensuring all paid, owned, and earned initiatives align with brand goals, business key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall marketing priorities. Follow a full funnel approach developing tactics for each stage of the affiliates journey.
Manage the relationship and contractual processes with influencers, including negotiation, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing coordination to ensure efficient collaboration and delivery of high‑quality content.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital media and influencer campaign performance using analytics tools, delivering insights and data‑driven recommendations that improve return on investment (ROI) and brand impact.
Create and manage integrated content calendars, ensuring alignment across social media, influencer activities, paid media, and brand initiatives while maintaining consistency and meeting performance goals.
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize digital media campaigns, guaranteeing timely delivery, effective targeting, and achievement of established KPIs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, public relations, marketing, product, media buying, agency partners, among others) to ensure unified objectives and seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.
Translate marketing direction into actionable media plans, overseeing creative production, messaging guidelines, campaign flows, and reporting structures.
Oversee social community management, ensuring timely, on‑brand responses and fostering positive audience engagement across all business lines.
Ensure company websites remain updated, accurate, and optimized, coordinating content updates, improvements, and performance monitoring. Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance frameworks that communicate progress, results, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders across digital, social, and influencer initiatives.
Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, efficient collaboration, and high‑quality deliverables that elevate brand presence and performance.
Stay informed of digital, social, and influencer trends, emerging platforms, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to strengthen competitive positioning and innovation.
Supervise, monitor, train, evaluate, and correct personnel among others to comply with his/her role as a supervisor, ensuring that personnel fulfill their work plan and comply with company policies and procedures.
Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, local and federal laws, and regulations applicable to the industry.
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in the final job offer.
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field. At least five (5) years of experience developing and managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, managing influencer marketing programs including strategy, and using analytics to drive campaign optimization and business results. At least two (2) years of experience supervising personnel.
Certifications / Licenses:
Certifications in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar) are preferred.
Other:
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices, including social media, display, search, and content marketing. Knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and content strategies. Knowledge of brand strategy, voice, and guidelines to maintain consistency across digital and influencer channels. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, platforms, dashboards, and campaign measurement frameworks.
Languages:
Spanish – Advanced (comprehensive, writing and verbal); English – Advanced (comprehensive, writing and verbal).
