handles some of the most complex and high‑value deals in the country, including renewable energy infrastructure and large‑scale commercial developments. We are looking for a Commercial Escrow Officer with deep experience in managing commercial real estate closings. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and values autonomy, precision, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the commercial escrow process from opening to disbursement

Review and interpret purchase contracts, title commitments, and closing instructions

Prepare escrow agreements, closing statements (HUD/CD) and settlement documents

Coordinate with clients, lenders, attorneys, underwriters, and title examiners

Ensure clear title and resolve curative issues quickly and professionally

Handle high‑volume, multi‑party, and multi‑state transactions with confidence

Oversee escrow funds, wires, and final disbursement

Maintain file compliance with internal controls, ALTA best practices, and state/federal regulations

Provide status updates to clients and internal teams; elevate issues as needed

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial escrow/title, ideally with national transactions

Proven expertise with title clearing, endorsements, and complex closings

Familiarity with escrow software (SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, or Qualia)

Strong knowledge of ALTA, HUD, and real‑estate finance documents

Clear communicator with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Licensed Escrow Officer or Notary where required by state

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred

Salary Expected salary range: $53,300 – $75,000 per year.
