Job Description Creative Director – Copy. The role requires a senior creative professional with at least 7 years leading brands, creative teams, and project oversight in an agency setting. The candidate will own the creative process, sell ideas to clients, execute high-impact campaigns, and lead pitches and presentations to drive new and organic business.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of art directors or copywriters, evaluating a team of 2–10 junior creatives.

Develop and present creative concepts for KOL videos, educational experiences, DSA campaigns, AOR brand campaigns, websites, banners, and ICVA’s.

Own the creative process for brand projects, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations.

Collaborate with account, scientific, and client teams to elevate projects to a higher creative level.

Represent Omnicom Health in front of clients, maintaining a professional and collaborative presence.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of medical communications trends, therapeutic areas, and digital innovation.

Travel as needed (less than 30%).

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of agency experience, including 2+ years managing a team of 2–10 creatives.

Strong portfolio showcasing award‑winning creative work across all media; ability to walk clients through the project lifecycle.

Deep knowledge of several therapeutic areas and proven ability to align creative outputs with strategic brand imperatives.

BA or MA in English, Journalism, Advertising, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at remote collaboration.

Positive thinker, collaborative team player, and ability to work independently and efficiently.

Experience with HCP‑centric campaigns and an understanding of the medical communications business.
