Team Build Specialist (Grandview Campus)

We are passionate about building and caring for our church team and currently have an opportunity to add a Team Build Specialist to our Team Success Department. Skills & Qualities Required Highly relational with strong communication skills. At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once. Calm, hospitable, and professional in fast-paced environments. Comfortable coordinating schedules and logistics. Tech-savvy with ability to learn and manage systems like Breezy. Experience with Breezy or ATS highly desired. Proactive problem-solver who brings clarity and enjoys creating structure. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for teammates navigating the hiring process. Help organize and trackjob position requests, ensuring clarity and next steps for leaders. Communicate regularly with campus and department leaders regarding open roles, candidate progress and action items. Ensure candidates experience clear, timely, and life-giving communication throughout the hiring process. Host candidates duringfinal panel interviewsheld at Grandview, creating a welcoming and professional experience. Coordinate schedules for panel interviews across campuses and departments. Communicate expectations and next steps clearly to candidates and interview teams Ensure interview days are well-organized and reflect Highlands’ culture and values Maintain accurate and up-to-date records inBreezy.
