Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
Proficient in administrative tools, software, and document preparation
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or related field
Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
