Utica Park Clinic: a multi‑specialty medical group with over 300 physicians and 80+ clinics covering more than 25 specialties.
This position processes internal, incoming, and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications.
Responsibilities include obtaining prior authorizations, scheduling patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and communicating with patients via online chat.
Hybrid or remote positions may be considered for highly qualified applicants.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
At least two years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Preferred Job Requirements
Certified Medical Assistant.
