What You’ll Do
Serve as the on‑site insurance producer inside a busy real‑estate office
Build strong relationships with realtors, lenders, and referral partners
Quote and bind personal lines insurance
Follow up quickly and professionally to close business tied to active real‑estate transactions
Manage your pipeline using our systems, quoting tools, and support resources
Grow a repeat/referral book with renewal income and cross‑sell opportunity
What We Provide
Built‑in referral opportunity through an active real‑estate office partnership
Access to over 65 home insurance carriers and competitive Florida markets
Full onboarding + structured training (Clearwater HQ + virtual support)
CRM, quoting systems, scripts, policy processing support and marketing materials provided
Ongoing coaching and operational support so you can focus on selling
Compensation
1099 independent contractor role
Competitive commission structure with renewals
Ramp‑up support / draw option available for qualified producers
Uncapped earning potential based on production
Qualifications
Active Florida 2‑20 license (required)
Personal lines sales experience preferred (home + auto strongly preferred)
Strong communication skills, follow‑up discipline, and professional presence
Comfortable working independently and building relationships daily
