As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will execute growth programs that improve the quality and quantity of leads entering Netgain’s funnel through targeted campaigns, advertising, account-based initiatives, and sales-aligned activations. This role focuses on program execution, optimization, and pipeline impact.
You will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to bring campaigns to life, ensure strong messaging alignment, and drive measurable funnel performance. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused, with clear accountability for lead flow performance and sales alignment.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Englewood, Colorado office.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Execute growth-focused marketing programs designed to increase qualified lead volume and improve lead quality.
Plan and run targeted initiatives such as webinars, virtual events, regional programs, and sales-supported activations, excluding Netgain’s largest flagship events.
Lead execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts and segments in close partnership with Sales.
Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, and use cases into effective growth campaigns.
Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to co-own paid advertising strategy and execution, including A/B testing, campaign planning, targeting, messaging alignment, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with Sales to align on target account lists, ICP priorities, campaign timing, and follow-up expectations.
Support partner-related campaigns by coordinating with the Partner Marketing Coordinator on messaging alignment, execution timing, and follow-up.
Support campaign setup, execution, and optimization in HubSpot and related systems, ensuring accurate tracking and handoff to Sales.
Monitor lead flow and conversion performance, identifying opportunities to improve lead quality and sales acceptance.
Provide clear performance reporting and insights to marketing and sales stakeholders.
Continuously test and refine campaign approaches based on performance data and sales feedback.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute affiliate marketing and customer incentive programs that support retention, upsell, cross-sell, and customer-led growth initiatives.
Manage vendors, platforms, or partners as needed to support execution.
Support broader marketing initiatives and cross-functional priorities as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on growth marketing, advertising, ABM, field programs, or sales-aligned campaign execution.
Experience supporting lead flow, lead quality, and pipeline outcomes through targeted programs.
Strong understanding of funnel stages, lead handoff, and sales alignment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights.
Experience working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.
Experience supporting paid advertising programs in collaboration with digital marketing partners preferred.
Experience aligning marketing initiatives with post‑sale teams to support retention, upsell, cross‑sell, and customer‑led growth strategies.
