Handle and coordinate busy executive calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Travel arrangements and expense reports
Meeting preparation of material and binding reports
Strong communication activity with email, phones and main phone coverage as needed
Assist Office Manager with vendor relations, ordering, stocking and managing office
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
