Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr
About Us Hammer Head Security is a family‑owned and military‑friendly security services firm based out of Stockton, CA. We provide armed, unarmed, patrol, personal protection and event security services in the Central Valley, Sacramento Region, and Bay Area. Since 2012, we have grown to over 150 officers and a family‑oriented culture that prioritizes employee safety and retention.
We have served monumental events such as Super Bowl 50, pioneered security practices for the Cannabis Industry, and implemented COVID‑19 health and safety protocols for food supply chains. Our expanding team looks for like‑minded, talented, and driven individuals.
COVID-19 Information As an essential front‑line worker, Security Officers must adhere to CDC guidelines: maintain hygiene, practice social distancing, and use PPE issued by Hammer Head Security while on duty.
Job Description
Represent yourself, Hammer Head Security, and our clients with complete professionalism.
Patrol multiple properties by company patrol vehicle and by foot, executing site‑specific Post Orders.
Write detailed narrative reports using company reporting standards to communicate with the Dispatch Center.
Maintain a strong, visible point of control to deter theft and loitering.
Actively enforce all client and HOA rules, regulations, policies, and respond to emergency situations.
Respond to calls for assistance by clients and fellow officers across company worksites in a specific region.
Current Vacancy Locations San Jose
Shifts & Hours Day, Swing, Graveyard. Weekends Mandatory. Full Time and Part Time.
Credentials Required
Government issued driver's license.
Personal DMV printout of clean driving record.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid California BSIS Guard Card.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Qualifications
Must possess 3 years of security experience and 1 year of company vehicle patrol experience.
Must be in good physical condition to perform all required duties, including moderate to arduous exertion.
Background investigation and pre‑employment drug/alcohol test required.
Must maintain active status of all required licenses at all times.
Must be at least 25 years of age.
