Position Overview We are seeking a proven Sales Executive to represent the Dickies brand within the Men’s Outerwear category, focused on Farm, Ranch, and Family Store channels across the Southwest and Midwest. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for an experienced sales professional who understands these retail environments and knows how to drive growth through strategic account management.
The ideal candidate brings deep, established relationships with senior decision-makers at key regional and national accounts and has a strong track record of growing volume, expanding assortments, and executing profitable programs in workwear or outerwear categories.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying new opportunities within Farm, Ranch, and Family Store channels
Leverage established relationships with senior buyers and decision-makers at accounts such as King Ranch, Big R, Bomgaars, Theisen’s, Family Farm & Home, Running’s, and similar retailers
Drive seasonal line adoption, assortment planning, and in-season reorders
Develop account-specific strategies to increase distribution, sales volume, and profitability
Conduct regular account visits and maintain a strong field presence across assigned territories
Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, inventory planning, and product feedback
Monitor competitive landscape, pricing, and market trends within the channel
Represent the brand professionally at market appointments, meetings, and industry events
Qualifications
Proven outside sales experience within workwear, outerwear, or related apparel categories
Established relationships with Farm, Ranch, and Family Store retailers across the Southwest and Midwest
Strong understanding of regional retail dynamics and customer needs
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts, close deals, and manage long-term partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
