Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Housekeeping at Hotel Phoenix, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. The Director of Housekeeping will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising housekeeping and laundry operations, maintaining inventory of supplies, and upholding guest satisfaction standards. The role involves collaboration with other department heads to meet budgetary and operational goals.
Qualifications
Must be authorize to work in the US.
Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on optimizing Guest Satisfaction
Experience in managing Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation within a hospitality environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work on-site and lead through hands-on daily management
Proven track record in a similar role, must be in the hospitality industry, luxury hotels.
Bilingual preferred but not necessary. (English-Spanish)
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred
