Overview
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Housing Support Services: On‑Site Program.
Essential Job Functions
Provide general clerical and complex administrative support onsite during business hours.
Maintain client databases (HMIS, EHR, Excel) and track program expenses, bus passes, motel vouchers, and office supplies.
Assist with federal grant reports, CCH management, and program vehicle registration.
Perform receptionist duties, schedule meetings, create correspondence, and take minutes.
Deliver mail and program information to other Coalition sites daily.
Provide orientation to new staff and volunteers; create new‑hire binders.
Ensure accuracy of all data entry, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation.
Qualifications Summary
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 2 years of prior administrative experience preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with HMIS, EHR, and CCH databases.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
