Compensation & Perks We start our Managers in Training at $12+ per hour. All full-time team members are offered medical, dental, and vision benefits. Managers have the potential to earn $50K-$80K per year. Openings exist for day shift managers, closing shift managers, and General Managers in Training.

We have a great training program that will teach you all you need to know to run a store. The faster you learn, the faster you will qualify for raises and management training levels.
