This is a full‑time Mathematics teaching position for the 2025-2026 School Year at Caesar Rodney High School. Caesar Rodney High School is a grade 9‑12 high school with approximately 2,200 students.
Qualifications
Individuals who will be eligible or possess Secondary Mathematics Teacher certification are encouraged to apply.
All candidates must apply online.
Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Secondary Math Education.
Successful candidates must provide evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out‑of‑state teaching license.
Out of State Candidates: An educator applying for a license in the State of DE with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License. Applicants with one completed year of experience, but less than 4 years of experience will receive an Initial License. The State of Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as a means of eligibility.

Individuals must provide official transcripts (if applicable), an updated resume, and three letters of recommendation.
All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following: proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver’s License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I‑9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
