Job Description The Brand Representative is truly engaged, providing excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. An outgoing, stylish, and helpful associate who remains approachable and warm. They initiate conversations and connect with customers using genuine, articulate communication, ensuring the customer is always the top priority. Relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor translate into closing sales.
