The hourly rate is based on the cost of living in the respective territory and previous experience/certifications. The hourly rate range is between $18 to $29 an hour. If you are eager, this position has the opportunity to make between $3,000 to $10,000 in overtime on an annual basis.

Duties & Responsibilities An Emergency Services Lead Technician is a key component of our team providing restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:

Ability to manage a small or large team safely and effectively mitigate damages

Commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail and technical knowledge regarding role

Provide proficient performance in water restoration and mold remediation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processes

Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner

Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers

Perform scope of work, moisture mapping, photos, and any necessary paperwork for job

Inventory and load vehicle with equipment, products, & supplies needed for each project

Prepare rooms/areas for job activities. Set up staging area/containment and equipment for each project.

Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Requirements & Skills

Direct restoration experience required

IICRC certification(s) such as WRT, ASD, AMRT

Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty

Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude

Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds

Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE

Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening

Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling
