What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound pre-qualified transfer leads to explore pricing and provide custom solar proposals

Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

Guide customers electronically through the enrollment process

Use communication skills to highlight the advantages of solar products and services

Run and track customer account progress in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

What is Required (Qualifications):

Ability to communicate fluently in English; fluency in another language is a plus

Basic digital literacy; experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is beneficial

Previous sales experience is encouraged

Demonstrated passion for relationship building and customer service

Ability to excel in a remote team setting and adapt to an evolving environment

Experience in sales within the renewable energy sector
