Sierra Pacific Industries is a fourth-generation family‑owned company that has become one of the largest lumber and millwork producers in the United States. We employ more than 6,000 people who work at state‑of‑the‑art sawmills and related facilities throughout the country, including manufacturing, custom wood‑framed windows, fabrication, millwork, veneer, cogeneration, trucking, forestry, and other operations. We are committed to sustainable forest management, owning and managing over 2.4 million acres of timberland and planting millions of trees each year. Our facilities use nearly 100% of every piece of wood we bring in, converting leftover material into electricity at our biomass‑fueled power plants. We maintain a drug‑free and tobacco‑free workplace and require a negative drug screen for employment. About the Position
Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders Perform AAMA‑certified window and door installations Comply with all company safety policies and procedures Company will provide a service van, tools, and training Meet or exceed customer’s expectations Overnight travel may be required Qualifications
Reliable, self‑motivated individuals with good communication skills Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record is required All applicants must be at least age 18 How to Apply
