What You’ll Do As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and light construction equipment in both shop and field environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform diagnostics, service, setup, and repairs on agricultural and light construction equipment
Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and documentation
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Maintain current knowledge of equipment specifications and service updates
Participate in manufacturer and in-house training programs
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
This is a hands‑on, technical role suited for technicians who enjoy problem‑solving and seeing tangible results from their work.
Service Technician Qualifications What We’re Looking For We are seeking reliable, capable technicians who are serious about their craft.
Minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of relevant equipment, diesel, or mechanical experience
Must have your own complete set of tools
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push or pull up to 150 pounds as required
Experience with agricultural, construction, diesel, or heavy equipment is strongly preferred.
