Are you an organized, detail‑driven accounting professional who enjoys supporting daily financial operations? You’ll assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger reconciliation, fixed asset documentation, and other essential accounting functions. This position is ideal for someone who likes a mix of structured tasks, problem‑solving, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Process and verify expense reports; reconcile financial reports and account balances.

Facilitate vendor payments by verifying information, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.

Prepare and post customer payments; create and submit invoices; update customer files.

Draft standard collections correspondence and follow up on delinquent accounts.

Generate requested account status reports and research vendor/customer discrepancies.

Assist with monthly billing statements and general ledger reconciliation.

Maintain fixed asset documentation, petty cash records, and sales tax reporting.

Support continuous improvement efforts, 7S activities, and safety initiatives.

What You Bring

High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred.

CAPP certification preferred (not required).

2–5+ years of accounting or manufacturing experience.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent organization, confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Strong problem‑solving, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.

Ability to work under fluctuating workloads and contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement.
