PRODUCTION HOME ASSEMBLER
positions with starting pay of
$19.90 per hour
(includes a competitive starting rate plus production, attendance, and Christmas bonuses). Team members can earn up to $20.90 to $22.80 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and additional production bonus through our exciting new
CAREER PROGRESSION PROGRAM ! Complete an application (online or in person at 740 State Street in Rocky Mount, VA) and begin your career building a family’s custom home. Experience preferred, but not required. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply! If you are eager to learn, we will train the “right person.”

Carpet and Linoleum Installers
Wall Framing and Installers
Roof Build/Tops & Electrical
Exteriors/Vinyl Siding Installers
Roofers/Shingle Layers
Cabinet Makers

Final Finish Associates

Qualifications
Construction or warehouse experience a plus, but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a climate‑protected environment
Skilled in the operation and control of hand tools (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc.)
Flexible to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment
Not afraid to get dirty and handle tools/equipment on a daily basis
Must be 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
