Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician role at Helios HVACR Services.
Base Pay Range $45.00/hr - $45.00/hr

What Helios Needs From You
Ability to diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems
Problem‑solving skills; work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication with customers and support staff
Keep van stocked and tools sharp
Deliver quality service and integrity each day
Be reliable resource for nights, weekends, and on‑call emergencies
Invest in skills through training and certifications
Pass background check
Valid driver’s license
What Sets You Apart
Universal EPA certification
2+ years commercial HVAC – refrigeration experience a big plus
Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, heating principles; proficiency reading schematics and work plans
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic technology skills – navigate mobile apps & documentation with ease
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 75 lbs; move heavy objects
Work in extreme temperatures and tight spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces)
Climb ladders and work at heights up to 45 ft or higher – strong balance and coordination
Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods
Dexterity for connecting electrical components and precise measurements
Follow all applicable safety procedures
