The Inside Sales Representative assists with new and existing customer sales and provides product support to outside sales representatives. The position provides quotes and product dimension information, both in person and over the phone. Pay Range
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. What You Will Do
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations. Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales. Obtain orders from customers and sales representatives; enter work order, credit return, return authorization, pick ticket, and service request; file paperwork accordingly. Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products. Obtain information on pricing specifications, uses, and availability. Manage schedules for projects by coordinating with outside sales, job sites, and assigned customers. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed. Check on back orders and resolve any outstanding issues; solve billing problems and compile data for closing. Handle special orders and advanced pricing; assist with pricing and special price lists. Develop and grow professional relationships with customers. Resolve job site issues and customer problems. Comply with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Required For All Jobs

High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application required. 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred. Skills And Abilities
Ability to operate computer, calculator, and cash register. Knowledge of building supplies, applications, related equipment, and/or construction industry. Good interpersonal and customer relations skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiar with inventory and inventory control.
