Advertising Sales Executive – Austin, Texas LPi is dedicated to elevating organizations such as churches and community centers with innovative digital and print products. We seek a bilingual (English & Spanish) Advertising Sales Executive to grow our customer base and drive revenue.

Job Overview

Base salary of $42,250 plus uncapped commissions.

First‑year earning potential ranges from $55-65K with an average of $85K thereafter.

Work in a hybrid environment—office, client sites, and at home—with up to 30% overnight travel.

Sell digital and print advertising to small and medium‑sized consumer service businesses through high‑volume outbound calls.

Build and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, creating urgency to win new business.

Grow customer accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset backed by a 50‑year‑old organization.

Receive company‑provided technology and resources to manage your pipeline efficiently.
