What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, managing 5-7 major clients
Develop and estimate project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, and Electrical services
Maintain and update CRM software with accurate documentation of client interactions
Monitor and report on sales goals, ensuring the achievement of sales plans
Cultivate long‑term relationships to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical, or related sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually
Strong account management and retention skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred
Experience in selling owner‑direct projects and maintenance agreements
